The Straight Street Townhouses project is comprised of 8 apartment units or four "groups". Each "group" consists of a ground floor level garage, first floor efficiency apartment and a second/ third floor two-bedroom apartment. The simple rectangular building is articulated on the street-facing facade with a rhythm of brick panels and stair structures, which step to follow the topography of the street. Cantilevered canopies demarcate the entries to the upper level apartments while the efficiency unit entries occurred at garage level.
